ROCKEN has 60 employees and a lean HR team. Payroll administration was outsourced and ran on a classic monthly rhythm: collect changes, send them in one batch, wait for the result. The final total payroll was only known at the very end.

Onboarding was lean as a result, with no big training needed. New employees are set up in seconds and add their own details themselves. If a task is still open, our payroll team gets in touch on its own.

The platform is clear, I found my way around straight away. And I no longer have to set myself a reminder to catch up on everything at month-end.

The biggest gain is reliability. So far ROCKEN has had to follow up just once, on a complicated special case. With every month that runs smoothly, trust in the system grows.

That changes payroll week. The changes are already entered, and all that’s left is a quick check. Queries, checks, registrations and deregistrations are part of the service, with no billing by effort.
