What tasks does Paymira take care of?

Paymira takes care of all payroll accounting from A-Z.

— Management of social insurance and withholding tax

— Compensation fund applications (family allowances, EO, maternity allowance,...)

Does Paymira also take care of my social insurance?

Yes, Paymira takes care of the entire payroll and personnel administration, including the management of social insurance, claims, Ausgleichskassen applications and withholding tax.

What does the Paymira service cost?

Paymira charges per active, paid employee. Please contact us for a non-binding offer.

Where is my data located?

Paymira provides the service in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and the European GDPR. Our software is operated in Swiss data centers.

Does Paymira also do payroll for employees in other countries?

No, the service is currently only available in Switzerland.

Which data protection standards does Paymira comply with?

At Paymira, we process sensitive data – data protection and security are therefore of the highest priority. We and our systems are GDPR/DSGVO as well as DSG compliant. As part of GDPR compliance, we have implemented the usual technical and organizational measures (TOM) (security guidelines for employees, access concepts, backup strategy, automatic tests). Our software is operated exclusively in Swiss data centers that meet the highest security standards.
