Paymira is a member of Swiss Made Software. Both our payroll team and our software development are based in Switzerland. Paymira provides its service in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the European GDPR. Our software runs in Swiss data centres, on ISO 27001 certified infrastructure.
Paymira handles your entire payroll accounting from A to Z:
- Complete payroll processing
- Management of social insurance and withholding tax
- Management of accident insurance (UVG/UVGZ) and daily sickness allowance insurance (KTG)
- Compensation fund applications (family allowances, EO, maternity compensation …)
At Paymira we process sensitive data, so data protection and security are our highest priority. We and our systems comply with the GDPR and the Swiss FADP. As part of our GDPR compliance, we have put the usual technical and organisational measures (TOMs) in place: security policies for employees, access concepts, a backup strategy and automated tests. Our software runs exclusively in Swiss data centres, on ISO 27001 certified infrastructure.
Whoever is best placed to judge it. Unambiguous values from your HR system are applied directly. You approve values that come from you, such as a bonus. Our payroll team checks specialist values such as daily allowances, and you approve the payroll run.
